About AHMI
Founded in 1970, our company initially offered consulting and planning aid to other nonprofit sponsors and property developers. We also contributed land banking and seed-money loans for various projects. In 1981, we expanded our services to include property management and housing development. We have experienced managing properties funded through a range of sources, including various HUD programs, federal and state housing tax credits, and conventional loans. Our expertise spans purchasing and major rehabilitation, new construction, fee management, and acquisition of donated properties. Despite changes in multifamily housing funding, we have adapted to meet new demands while maintaining our mission to provide quality affordable housing. We are currently seeking new development and management opportunities.
